Stillness Realness
I began to explore meditation about 8 years ago, thanks to Oprah and Deepak Chopra, but I would only meditate sporadically. That was until I came across Dhammakaya International Meditation Center where I was afforded the opportunity to really delve into the art and benefits of stillness. At Dhammakaya, I attended meditation sessions and retreats hosted by Buddhist monks and I began to view meditation as a way of life rather than a thing to do when I am stressed. I went on to study social work, gaining my MSW, but still eager to learn more about meditation. After receiving my certification in mediatation and mindfulness, I was beyond excited to share what I had learned. It was that excitement that created ZN Box!

Our classes and courses are full holistic experiences that encourages you to bring your whole self to your practice. Our experiences not only offer an opportunity to learn meditation but an opportunity to participate in activities that aid and awaken your meditation practice.
WEEKLY GROUP MEDITATION EXPERIENCES

Chakra Clearing
This meditation experience focuses on the realignment and clearing of all 7 chakras. This group class is perfect for meditators looking to add an energetic boost to their practice, perfect for beginners and advanced meditators.

The Remix
This meditation is an affirming blend of breathing, body scan, and chakra clearing meditation techniques. This group class is perfect for those looking to switch up their practices just a bit.

Befriending Fears
This meditation takes a unique approach to addressing fears and feelings of vulnerability. This group class is ideal for meditators at any stage, especially those looking to address fears and vulnerability.

Body Scan
This meditation offers us an opportunity to reconnect with our physical selves. This meditation is a great addition to other somatic work. This meditation is ideal for meditators in any stage, especially the feeling physically disconnected.
